Exam notes:
1. Before entering the exam room, the examinees should wear masks in advance. Before leaving the exam room, the examinees should wear masks all the time.
2. The examinees should enter the exam room 15 minutes before the exam time, take the seats at intervals according to the arrangement of the invigilators, and put the student cards on the upper left corner of the desk for inspection. Those with incomplete identification are not allowed to enter the exam room.
3. The examinees are not allowed to bring any materials related to the exam content into the exam room (please put them in the front of the exam room if they have been brought in), and all communication tools must be closed. After the signal of starting the exam is sent out, the examinee can start to write answers. When the exam starts, if the examinees are found to carry relevant materials with him/her, or if communication tools are not closed, it will be regarded as cheating.
4. During the exam, the examinees are not allowed to enter the exam room again no matter for what reasons they leave the room.
5. The examinees can hand in their exam papers after 2 p.m.. When the examinee hands in the exam paper, he/she should turn over the exam paper and put it on his/her desk, then leave the exam room quietly and quickly.
6. After the signal of stopping the exam is sent out, the examinee should stop writing answers immediately, and turn over the exam paper on his/her desk. After the invigilator takes the exam paper, the examinees should not stay in the exam room any more.
7. The examinee shall check whether there is any wrong page or missing page in the exam paper after getting the exam paper.
8. The examinees should write their name and other information in the specified positions on the exam papers and answer sheets before writing the answers. All questions should be answered with pen or ball point pen in black or dark blue ink. The examinees are not allowed to borrow each other’s stationery during the exam.
9. The examinees are not allowed to ask the invigilators to explain the questions on the exam paper. The examinees are required to keep quiet in the exam room. They are not allowed to talk with each other. They are not allowed to peek at other’s exam papers or exchange exam papers. The invigilators have the right to make a warning or even cancel the qualification of those who violate the discipline of the exam.
10. The examinees are not allowed to take the exam papers, answer sheets and draft papers out of the exam room.
